Fry Minced Beef with Basil Leaf



Ingredients:
1. minced beef HK$20
2. Potato 2 pcs (cut in to very tiny cubs 1cm x 1cm)
3. Basil Leaf (as much as you want)
4. Petit hot green chili 2 pcs (optional)
5. Shallot 4 pcs (cut in to very tiny pcs)
6. Union 1 pcs (cut in to very tiny pcs)
7. Garlic 3 pcs (cut in to very tiny pcs)
8. Salt, Soya Sauce and little sugar

Cooking:
1. Stir fry potato cubs until slightly soft and put aside.
2. Stir fry union, garlic with little oil until good smell
3. Add in minced beef and shallot until well mixed
4. Add in potato and mix well
5. Add salt, Soya sauce and sugar for seasoning and mix well
6. Lastly add Basil Leaves and stir fry for about 1-2 min
7. Stop the fire and squeeze some lime juice and ready to serve on plate
